ES Healthcare, a division of The Execu|Search Group, hosted a panel discussion on Data-Decision Making: Improving Healthcare Employee Happiness. The event, which included a Q+A session, was attended by 30 of our clients.

During the panel discussion, which was moderated by ES Healthcare’s Becky Litvack and Shelly McCann, attendees heard from four leading healthcare experts:

  • Mary Ellen Connington (Executive Vice President, Village Care Max)
  • Ku’uipo Curry (Director of IT Data Management, Village Care)
  • Sharon Doctor (Vice President of Health Home Care Management Program, Housing Works)
  • Ana Welsh (Vice President of Employee Experience, Schweiger Dermatology Group)

Each panelist spoke about their success using data and technology to boost employee satisfaction, offering actionable tips to help attendees build programs for their own companies.

“As the healthcare shortage continues to grow, facilities must do everything they can to attract and retain the best healthcare professionals,” says Becky. “At the same time, we as a company, should be doing everything we can be doing to help our clients succeed. We plan on hosting more events like this in the future to help our healthcare partners stay competitive in this job market.”
