About the Project:
The client, a rapidly growing healthcare startup, connected with The Execu|Search Group for assistance with hiring initiatives as they expanded into new markets. With plans to open in three new locations over the course of two years, they needed candidates who could be flexible with and adapt to their evolving plans for growth.
Finding Candidates With Flexibility: The client was not only hiring for long-term retention, but also for flexibility. As a startup, they needed candidates who could be adaptable as the company navigated new growth. This required individuals who were open to both temporary contract and full-time, long-term roles through this period of expansion.
New Market Development: With plans to quickly open offices in three different locations along the east coast, the client needed to partner with a staffing firm who had an expansive network of candidates in these regions.
Cross-Departmental Hiring: In addition to healthcare-focused roles, the client was seeking placements in other departments such as talent acquisition and operations.
To help the healthcare startup meet their aggressive growth goals, the team at The Execu|Search Group outlined a recruitment strategy that met their short and long term hiring objectives.
Screened Candidates Remotely: Our team of recruiters performed thorough remote screenings along the east coast via FaceTime/Skype or phone interviews.
Placed Retainable Candidates: Candidates we placed were able to advance in their roles as the healthcare startup continued their expansion.
Multi-Lateral Staffing Solutions: Several of our Healthcare teams worked alongside our Professional Services division to recruit roles in talent acquisition and operations in addition to the clinical roles. This allowed us to provide a one-stop-shop for the client.
Strategic Partnership: We provided ongoing advice to the client as part of a strategic partnership on market trends and salary data in New York, Connecticut, and various geographical areas of practice.
