About the Project:
After successfully building the client’s medical affairs, regulatory affairs, medical writing, and project management functions over the course of three years from 50 to over 250 employees, we were entrusted to a confidential, high-level search for a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Manager. ES Pharma was engaged to find a Senior Manager-level candidate with a combination of product experience who was a veteran of both technical experience and CMO oversight.
High level search: The candidate would be overseeing the active on-shelf product, therefore they needed to have a high level of technical and product experience.
Limited in-house recruiting resources: The client did not have access to a pool of qualified candidates, so they entrusted ES Pharma with the unique search.
Rapid timeline: Because the product was already on the market, the client needed to hire someone as soon as possible to hit the ground running.
